The Wings have a lot of NTCs / NMCs. This is not ideal. However most of these clauses are modified - even if not stated as an M-NTC / M-NMC on CapFriendly. See here:

Nielsen: CLAUSE DETAILS: Modified-NTC: 10 team no trade list
Abdelkader: CLAUSE DETAILS: NTC in 2016-17 to 2019-20; Modified NTC in 2020-21 to 2022-23 (If Detroit misses playoffs or Abdelkader is not among the Top 9 F in TOI, he can be traded to any team - clause resets in each of the last 3 years)
Helm: CLAUSE DETAILS: Full NTC throughout (2018-19: NTC may be voided between June 15, 2019 & 2019-20 NHL Trade deadline, if player is not in the Top 9 F in TOI, or if team does not qualify for the playoffs | 2019-20: NTC may be voided between June 15, 2020 & final day of the contract, if player is not in the Top 9 F in TOI, or if team does not qualify for the playoffs).
Green: CLAUSE DETAILS: No trade clause until Feb 1, 2020, at which point it becomes a Modified NTC where the Player submits a 10 team no trade list
DeKeyser: CLAUSE DETAILS: Beginning January 1, 2021, submits a list of 10 teams he can not be traded to.
Kronwall: CLAUSE DETAILS: Starting 2017-18, Lists 10 teams he can be traded to
Ericsson: CLAUSE DETAILS: Starting 2018-19, Player submits a 19 team no trade list
CLAUSE DETAILS: Full NTC starting in 2017-18, up until 10 days prior to the 2018-19 trade deadline. After which, the player can provide the club with a 15 team no trade list.

Full NTC: Nyquist & Vanek.

Obviously this is not ideal, but a NTC is not a NTC is not a NTC. In my opinion the Helm, Abby and Nielsen deals are the worst, but seem entirely reasonable to move given the details of their contracts.
