Lucic is dead. He has value and once he bounces back this season his contract won't be as bad. Maybe a better prospect than Mantha then. But Lucic trade value only increases from here.

MTL had Kassian when he was quite a different player. I think he adds a physical element they do not have. Kassian can skate as well.

that is a HUGE if, for lucic. i dont see him bouncing back, the NHL is getting fast and hes getting slower, i highly doubt it. but we will see
