Description
The plan:

- Let's not be good for a few seasons and grow the farm organically.

- Remove all the depth we no longer need, get mid-low picks for them. Let the kids play.

- Keep veteran guiding presence around: Weber, Gallagher, Carey as your main leaders. Shaw, Alzner, Orpik contribute too.

- Line combinations are not final. Try Rielly with Weber, since they're complementary. If not, Mete & Weber MUST be the top pairing.

- Keep Niemi for one season, for two reasons: His success being reunited with G.Coach Waite will maintain a winning culture. Also, it lets Lindgren season even more in AHL, being the first obvious call-up since he's NHL Backup ready already.

- Keep drafting and developing, boys.

Possibly but I rather lowball on this forum. People get too caught up in pure value (even if trade values are historically unpredictable) and forget the root idea behind it.
