Perry needs to waive his NMC for any of this to work. It’s all pretty much wishful thinking but hey... interesting to at least look at.

Also keeping in mind we have another expansion draft coming. This way we don’t have to protect Karlsson as his contract will be expired. Sign him immediately after the draft.

    Not even going to talk about value, but the Sens were insisting that Bobby Ryan be included in any Karlsson deal because they wanted to shed salary. Instead you have them GAINING some with Perry. You can't just add a cap dump into a Karlsson trade.

    Who the hell is Andy Welinski? And to get Mantha would take at least Josh Mason at the very least. And why? Would Perry waive his NMC for crap hole Ottawa not happening. And Mantha is looking at a 2 year bridge deal probably around $4.5 million per. No way he only signs for $3.4 million.
