nelson plays a lot of left wing, and i'm sure if nelson is an upgrade over bozak. that's high price to pay for a rental. johnson is expected to take one of the vacant left wing positions next year

Absolutely not to to all 3 of them. G. Sparks is literally the best goalie in the AHL right now and you want to trade him for scraps? Yeah, no. I'd rather pay a 3rd or 2nd for Plekanec. Shosh got a 4th round pick today, so Leivo is worth a 3rd-4th as well. And hell no to the green trade. Johnsson is going to be JVR replacement and you want to trade him plus a 1st and 2nd for a rental?

Yeah, I'd probs say no to all as well. Leivo, as previously mentioned likely gets you a 3rd, especially if Sosh got a 4th. I'm not giving up Johnsson and that package for Green. Johnsson should have a big role on this club next year, and as I've said before, I think the Leafs love the goalie depth they have and would be really shocked if they traded any of that, in case a goalie in the NHL or AHL goes down.
