I would accept if I was Chicago. Hopefully Jeannot works out and is effective in Chicago and they extend him. If not, they trade him at the TDL and easily get a 4th round pick in return because teams are always looking for big, physical and aggressive players for the playoffs.

That is a good strategy and probably could recoup around the deadline. Though I think Bolts will get better offer than a 4th rounder from some team.

Sheary's contract is a negative based on his performance last year and too much of a gamble. Any trade with Sheary will need to include a better pick than what is coming back.

Sheary also has a NTC, which Bolts can pressure him a bit but also could just be bought out.

I do hope Stammer is willing to go as low as $5m per year to help ensure we can add players next year and maybe find a trade deadline player this year.
