I mean I don’t think Montreal would do it. They may need Graves as well as Gropp to be involved with a 1st round pick. Still do think at some point Holden needs to get moved just because Pionk deserves playing time.

Bergevin's not the smartest GM, so the hope here is that he can be swindled. As for your 2nd and 3rd statements, I agree. I see this as more of a starting point, from which things can be negotiated.

Lol. I would personally pay for Graves, Staal and Gropp to fly first class and take the 1st rd pick with them for Chucky. My God. A young 2/3c AND get rid of Staal for a bust F prospect (he is gonna be a bust) and our 4th best best young D man.
