Yeah they have a shot and the appeal of no taxes will probably get him at 6mil when other teams will probably need to pay 7+ but, if he does stay keeping Stamkos will be almost impossible

Just did a quick check on the Bolts cap situation, they have 14.5mil (if they trade Sheary) but some big holes to fill
they'd need 2 top6 forwards, 1 3rd liner and 1 4th liner I have it as

3rd- Jeannot-Paul
4th- Glendening-Eyssimmont
They keep the same goalie tandem and they fill in the last Dman they need returning most of the same D
