This team is not good and while I love Carberry's attitude and how honest he is his systems just do not work with this roster. Time to make some changes.

Destinations don't matter too much for everything except the Goodrow deal. Even then doesn't have to be that specifically, just use the cap space to take back bad money for a first. Expiring guys go anywhere to a contender for late round picks. You have to find a way to move off of Jensen somehow, TVR not as dire but if you can get a 2nd or 3rd do it. Only expirings I'm not moving is Mantha because I honestly would bring him back next year (!!!!) -- but if you can get more than a 2nd for him it's probably the right call as well -- and NAK because I don't see anyone moving anything to get him.

I really don't care what you do with Kuzy at this point but he can't be on the ice anymore. His quotes after the Devils loss were some of the most embarrassing loser **** I've ever seen and just absolutely killed the game tonight with one of the stupidest penalties of the entire season.

I don't think GMBM sees it this way but I would honestly be listening on Milano, Sandin, and Fehervary as well if you could get really good returns. I'd also go after even more bad contracts for picks if you could, but have a feeling Leonsis will not be on board with that.

Would love to see Dube or Frank get a run in as well but don't think Hershey will be very excited about letting their two top forwards go for a team that is not going to make the playoffs.
