Remove the 2023 1st for Keller, unless Michkov is gone. If Michkov is gone then remove Lapierre from the trade.

more likely remove the 2024 1st. I think it'll take a lot, like the the 8th OA and Lapierre to get ARZ to ship out Keller and the certainty is more valuable than the 2024 uncertainty.
