There's a ton of Caps fans here at CapFriendly (heck everyone here is Cap Friendly just not Caps friendly...haha). Lots of Caps folks chat and armchair the eff out of this team.

As for this particular view...I think if you flip-flop Burra and Vrana, and Willy and Connolly on offense you're close to the forwards at opening night. Now for the defense, Orlov / Nisky is the top pairing going forward, Carly will most likely get Orpik unless God intervenes and someone takes that slow old guy's salary off us. I think the 3rd pairing will be a cheap UFA signing (if they can get a Nesterov, or a Franson, or someone on the chap 1-yr deal) to go with Chorney, and they'll find ice time to groom Djoos and Bowey as 6th/7th defense. I have heard Siegenthaler will be in Hershey no matter what this season to get used to North American hockey. He still needs 20lbs of muscle and that grit factor very young euro defensemen don't get overseas.
