Kuzy is not going to Carolina, most likely a team that has Cap space and is rebuilding like the Ducks or sharks. Oilers don't need Mantha and don't have space for him.

Are you saying Carolina doesnt have cap space? Theyll have 35m in free cash after this season? Lol Kuzy will only eat 5m of that. Assuming you have clueless their cap situation.

Oilers may not be able to afford him. I can agree on that one

Aho gets like 10 mil like Barkov and Necas gets 5.5 mil like Kuzmenko (I think) so that is 15.5 left in cap and if they want to sign a good goalie, take out 5 mil and they only got 10.5 left and that can be for defense of depth

You think that will cost 30+ million? Aho might get 2m more? So that takes them down to 28m. Necas probably gets 6.5? So 24m to sign a goalie? Seems extremely do able w Kuzy especially with the cap going up after 2023-24 season
