i have watched a lot of condors games this year and they have not had the best season but since Christmas the Coaching staff have trusted the youngsters a lot more and put in harder situations like closing out a late game lead or going out for a goal with the EN and the young players have really seemed to shine
Kemp - He has had a great years playing on the 1st pair and his shutdown ability has really began to flourish and I'd argue he's played better D in the AHL then Vinny D did, his defensive presence would be great on the 3rd pair with Broberg or Kulak
Lavoie - After missing the start of the year due to injury and not getting on track right away he has really seemed to hit his stride over the past few weeks with 13P in last 13 GP and 5G in his last 2, a big bodied bottom 6 grinder that can really shot the puck who i feel would pair well with Ryan and Hamblin's positioning and D support to cover his lack of D
Bourgault - If he is not trade before next season i could see X-man fitting really well in the top 6 he is like a right handed holloway with a little more Mcdavid that nuge in his game where as holloway is like Mcdavid at times but mostly resembles Nuge's game
Hablin - Is basically a left Handed Derek Ryan but he is not getting an NHL opportunity because of his size and him not yet being a "vet". he has played better that shore in his sort time with the club but due to cap and team chemistry reasons they chose Shore over Hamblin
the Next batch of condors to graduate or get traded are probably neimo, kesselring, tullio and savoie
Karlsson addresses the top 4 RHD situation, Kemp improves the bottom 4, Lavoie brings scoring and physicality to the 4th line while Hamblin brings defensive presence and cycle play, bourgault like holloway would thrive playing with top end players like McDrai and those 2 help improve the top 6 on both sides AND we have a 23 man roster to play with the line's and stuff
