TB doesn't have any cap space they can't do salary for futures. They literally had to do a paper transaction of sending Perbix to Syracuse. Opening the cap space to activate Balcers from LTIR. Then they could send him down and, call Perbix back up. If they can't take on Balcers league minimum contract how would they take on 4.7 million? TB would also have $4,162,500 in cap space and 16 NHL contracts next season. They would also be $4,005,000 over the cap now.

If this is the Timo trade, sharks lose the trade. Holtz has potential, but we're not giving up both reimer and Meier for a 7OA that can't crack the roster, a late 1st, and a replaceable goalie
