1stline: speed, skill, scoring - matching opponent best lines. 2nd line: snipers, physicality, with Backstrom’s elite passing. 3rd line: Will Pettersson find his form? Can he be centre? Will Burakovsky be better here? 4th line: Bratt and Johnsson are scoring at almost 1ppg playing against strong opponenents, starting in their own zone n NJ, here paired with one of the best defensive forwards in the word.
Weakness: 3rd line at present, mostly because Pettersson is not nearly his elite self.
Defence: tough choices. Dahlin has struggled in his own end a bit this year. Klingberg is not producing points at his normal pace. Even Ekholm has struggled a bit. Meanwhile Kylington has been fantastic but I have a feeling he was not part of the 55 chosen.
Besides Karlsson, Hedman and Brodin, the defence is tough to guess.
