Description
Get picks for the UFA's and gauge the return for Gudbranson (if healthy). Come playoff time a team may overpay for a young, big, tough, RHD that's still under RFA control. The emergence of Hutton, Stecher and Tryamkin (plus Juolevi coming) allows the Canucks to dangle EG for the best offer instead of overpaying him on his next contract. In this scenario I traded him to the Habs, but it could be any team offering up value.

    I think Miller could fetch us a 2nd rounder instead of that 3rd rounder because as of late he has been keeping us in games that we would have been demolished in... Totally agree on shipping out Gudbranson at the TDL instead of overpaying for his next contract... I would also try to ship out Chaput... I would let Virtanen stay in the minors for the remainder of the season as I think letting him play big minutes in the AHL would be more beneficial for him as opposed to 3rd line minutes in the NHL

    If Montreal refused to include juulsen for Duchesne I doubt they will part with him for gudbranson
