So hell no the habs are not traiding Price after all of the Seattle expansion (and price says no too)

price is valueless currently so i don't see how he'd get that haul. a 1st seems fair for $4m retention but can add a 3rd, maybe a 2nd, but no more than that.

The Habs will not trade, and that offer makes Bergevin laugh so hard. This is the deal for retaining 4.5 m for 5 YEARS

That's a lot of money thrown at a player who's not there anymore, so the return is higher. This trade is impossible no matter what, but be realistic and don't make dump price deals.

yea but the flyers have to deal with the last few years of that contract, even with the retention. so he's clearly not worth much more than a 1st.
