    I was thinking maybe they could get in under 3 million with Sheary missing time.
    Dumoulin I think is right on only because he is an RFA and doesn't have the counting stats to carry into arbitration. If he was a RFA last season I would have given him 4.5 easy, but he hasn't been consistent this year.

    I compare him to btw Ellis and Ekholm so
    Maybe a bit low though

    They'd be lucky to move Fleury, make the pick a bit higher if you want, but that's pretty much his value at this point

    It's either Dallas, Carolina or a buyout the way I see it.

    Maybe Carolina decides they want to start winning some games and moves on from Ward. Although the fact that they signed him either means they can't evaluate goaltending, or they are losing intentionally
