Run it back, don't make any drastic moves, let them sit in it, it's their mess, let them learn from this like Tampa did. I get it's been years but there has always been the excuse that the big boys need to develop and they'll get better. That built in excuse doesn't really have that power win the fans anymore (evidenced by some of the savage post-season questions directed at Dubas and Shannahan). They know what they're getting paid, they know what their expected to contribute, at most try to narrow in on an identity.
The top 4 was good, let Dermott get taken in the expansion draft, Kerfoot promoted to 2LW (is he good is he not good, give him a chance on the top 6 because he's getting way too much praise for playing part time in the top 6), Foligno resigned to play 1LW (cheaper than any other 1LW available), if EDM wants to move Turris, take him with an attached lower draft pick to play 3C (effective shutdown guys are prolly more expensive with the impact shutdown lines have had in the playoffs this year so have another scoring line (attempt to) with Robertson coming in who is not a defensive anything but maybe not developed enough to play higher in the lineup. Get him with Kyle Turris who at one point was a very effective forward who all of a sudden in the last 2 years fell off, maybe he's a bounce back candidate and his contract is low enough that it isn't that much of a risk), Andersen is also a bounce back candidate and if he can beat out Campbell for the starting job, at a discounted contract it would be wayyyyy better than signing a UFA for 3 million dollars who will at most only be able to play tandem with Campbell.
