Description

Reports are that Keith want to go out west and Edmonton is interested. The Devils are among the few teams that have a salary retention slot. The don't want to expose Wood (hehe) and get nothing for him and likely protect Nico, Hughes, Zacha, Bratt, McLeod, Sharangovich and Kuokkanen. All other moves are best guesses but I assume they will look to add to their defense I just don't know who. The high price Edmonton pays is because we have to retain his salary for two years. The Merkley thing was me clicking something funny.

your broker prices are way off...
keith is not worth a 1st or any where close anymore. he rated near the bottom of the league over all his WAR is 1% which means essientially 99% of NHL are better....
so you gave up to much for him and the oilers might give you a 3rd to retain on him

Devils don't need to protect Hughes. He's exempt. They would protect Wood instead
