Caps fans, what moves do you want to be made this offseason?

We're a rock in a hard place. Some of the problems that face us:
1. we're a team that spends to the cap
2. we have traded away young talent in recent years (Burakovsky, Vrana, Siegenthaler) and not played them/others
3. we are the oldest team in the league
4. we have lots of bad contracts that will be hard to deal with: Oshie, Carlson, Kuznetsov, Dillon (not saying we have to move them all this summer, but eventually do)
5. we have a goaltending controversy
6. expansion draft
7. need to re-sign Ovechkin

We need another difference maker if we want another cup. Bring in Eichel or patty kane if hawks decide full rebuild and Kane wants another cup. Also Kessel for cheap would be nice.

I think a lot of people would like Kuznetsov. And I want the Capitals to keep Oshie for now
