Toews trade was one of the worst trades in isles history lol - lou/trotz are lucky with the pelech-pulock pairing and a big time up-and-comer in Dobson.
The thing with snow he was actually good at drafting. Besides the Reinhardt pick the other 1st rd picks weren't bad at the time (Strome, Dal Colle, bellows). I just think the isles ruined both of them by stiflling their development, which is on snow obviously. If the isles had a competent development staff they'd be in much better shape.
