Description

With last night’s loss to Tampa, the Habs are now 22nd place in the league. Hopefully they can continue to lose and edge towards the bottom of the standings. This will give us a chance to get the best French Canadian born player in years. Tanking for Lafreniere should’ve been the goal from day 1. I’m a Habs fan and it’s evident we need a superstar forward. I’m tired of Bergevin looking for the diamond in the rough, just go and get it the right way.

Finishing in last place only guarantee you the 4 th overall pick. Montreal will need luck to get the first overall even with a poor finish. But the top 5 this year is pretty amazing with byfield, holtz and stutzle.

Before the loss they were 18th and 3rd place in the division
All they need to get back into a playoff spot is FLA, NYR and TBL to lose
