I would start Boqvist in the AHL so he gets adjusted to NHL sized ice. I don't think playing 10-13 mins a night on the 4th line would help his development; have Rooney or Hayden play there till a spot opens up in the top 9 for Boqvist.
Boqvist is not AHL eligible. He either makes the team or goes back to Sweden. With that being said... a first line of Hall - Hischier - Bratt is a lock in my book. Go back to the line that Hall won MVP with.
Secondly, a second line of Gusev - Hughes - Palmieri is pretty much a given. Hughes is an assist machine and having both Gusev and Hughes being able to possess the puck entering the zone to set up
Palmieri's shot is going to be sweet. Palmieri from the top of the right circle and Gusev from the top of the left circle assisted from Hughes. That line will wreck havoc on lacklustre defensive minded players on opposing teams.
Thirdly, Boqvist - Zajac - Simmonds is a top 3rd line. With Boqvists skating ability and Simmonds flanking down the right wing to crash the net, Zajac will cover any defensive mistakes made by Boqvist on this new NHL rink.
My Fourth line is Wood - Zacha - Coleman. This line can fly and catch any team with the wrong matchups on the ice off guard.
Due Note: Wood can slide up into the 3rd slot and Simmonds can and will at times slide into the second line to protect Hughes.
Alt lineups: Wood - Zajac - Palmieri
Gusev - Hughes - Simmonds
