Add, add, add, add.. to be completely honest.. if we ever trade Auston Matthews, I would want some combination of Dubois, Jones and something else too for him. Top-6 C and top-10 Dman in the world combination. Matthews is extremely great player and still only 21, he is few years from hitting his prime and he is dominating.

As much as I agree how Elite AM is, I have the same logic behind a trade of any elite player. EK,Mcdavid ect. I figure the ask would always be Top 2 Dman,Top 6 Forward, A Level Prospect & a First. I don’t think I would go as far as you but the price would be significant. might be a good ACGM post I ll do later today, what a package I would be ok with if we ever traded AM from every team

I tried to say that the price would be significant. Jones kind of defensive and offensive beast on blue line would be the number one priority in making that trade. I would love to see Seth Jones as a Leaf, that would be insane

From CAR I as a leafs fan would be ok with a package of: Necas,Pesce, 2020 First (No Protection) & Jake Bean. that would get us a Top 4 Dman a future Top 6 Center & a future top 4 Dman with an unprotected first. And who knows where that first ends up

What about Aho and Pesce for Matthews, I would be ok with that. I would want elite player of smaller capacity back.
