Personally I wouldn't count Tavares as a London Knight because he was a deadline acquisition. That goaltending is pretty bad. Maybe they could convince Steve Mason to come out and play and then Rick Nash could come out of retirement and play too.
For real can any other Junior team do this? This doesn't include guys like Tyler Parsons, Evan Bouchard or Liam Foody who should be part of that next wave too.

Checked it out, no other junior team can put a full roster of full-time NHLers currently on NHL contracts. Only counting professional players on a current NHL contract, two other teams can complete a roster, Barrie Colts and Soo Greyhounds, but they'll have AHLers.
Windsor Spitfires are close, but they'll have to mutate a couple forwards to defense.
