Yes. We are built as aplayoff team and not built for the regular season. Now the game Is all about speed and we don't have that at all. Also has some part of the terrible contracts we have like; brown 6mill for 5 more years, gaborik 5 mill for 5 years(yes I understand that he will retire and wont last the rest of his years) greene 2.5 for 2 more years. If you combine all of that thats around 13.5 mill in guys that don't produce for the money we give them. #Vegastakebrown?</div></div>

We would really need to sweeten the pot for Vegas to take Brownie. I'd like to keep him for at least one more year because of that 1000 Game milestone; I can't help but want him to hit 1000 with every single game having been in a Kings uniform. Given that our prospect pool isn't filled as much as desired, we should seriously consider letting Vegas take whomever we expose, and immediately trade Brown (retaining plenty of salary and cap hit for sure) and a couple of draft picks for the player Vegas drafted from us and something like a 2nd-4th. I'm really hoping that Greene retires this year, which will free up his entire $2.5 million cap hit for 2017-18. Also, I'd hope that Gabo retires sooner rather than later. A buyout this summer is not ideal, but I'd be willing to buy him out Summer 2018 or Summer 2019
