Kassian Gallagher
Gallagher start with one of Byram or Newhook non less. He would have reach 30 goal once again this year adding to the fact that he is on one of the cheapest contract around the league. And he is also a true competitor, leader. Ryan Graves is a fine players but come on man Gallagher have been a scoring machine at 5 vs 5. He rank 10th in the league over the past 3 season. Mackinnon who is probably a top 5 players in the league only had 7 more goal a 5 vs 5 then Gallagher. That gave you a idea of how good he is.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Richard88</b></div><div>The dude literally took a paycut so that he could play on a contender and so that his family could stay in Tampa's sunshine. You really think he's going to waive that NTC to go somewhere else? Fat chance.</div></div>
Yes he would probably waive is close to the short list he would gave Tampa Bay. At least he could choose is destination. If Tampa would really be in trouble they can summit him to the waivers and like that he would have the choice or where he would land. Unless a players get a NMC, they are fully aware that they can be ask for a trade. So yes Johnson would probably waive is trade. And Johnson have seen is ice time and responsibility drop in a major way in the past 3 season, he could probably be use in a more effective way elsewhere, get more Powerplay time. Players like Johnson have pride, they want to win but they also want to be a big part of it and he isn’t a go to guy anymore in Tampa. Is ice time have drop from 18 minutes to 14 in a 4 years spend that huge for a players who need powerplay time to produced offensively.

Id be surprised if Perfetti made it to 9, but you could really shock the hockey world and take him at 1 if you're that keen.</div></div>
Detroit selected Moritz Seider last year when he was listed a lot lower on most list. Each year there guy’s that drop and some the rise at the draft. I doubt that he will be available at 9th but he is not a strong skater so that can make him fall a few rank. I would be happy with Seth Jarvis at 9th though, he will be a awesome player i a couple year. I got tremendous speed like Barzal, a trive for the net like Gallagher and is Hockey IQ is of the chart. He was probably the best players in the Chl beside Lafrenière in the second half of the season

He's right in their own backyard and makes way too much sense. So yeah i feel comfortable knowing that he's a prime Yzerman target.</div></div>
And how in the world would Draper could have been heavily scouting Perfetti since their no ****ing Hockey for 4 month. I am sure they where scouting Lafreniere, Raymond, Rossi, Drysdale, Holtz, Byfield and Stutzle heavily all year long. That there fck job would be stupid to think otherwise. The fact that you like Perfetti doesnt make It Yzerman choice, once again you haven’t a fck clue if that the case.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>hockeyman2006</b></div><div>Okay, that makes sense. What about Tavares for something like a bunch of picks and a really good prospect to, say, Colorado, for the sake of the argument, and then offer sheet Ryan Strome, or Dylan Strome, or even Anthony Cireili?</div></div>
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>hockeyman2006</b></div><div>Why wouldn't Montreal want him, they are trying to win while Price and Weber are still good and just two years ago they were one of the top teams trying to get him, not to mention having an abundance of center's so they can give up Suzuki.</div></div>
Montreal could want him but not at the cost of Suzuki and this year pick. Tavares is 30 and will likely be on the decline when Mtl team will be at maturity to likely really be a contender. Even with Tavares Montreal is still a Bordeline playoff team. They have to many hole to fill and likely the you g core will growth together. Acquire him on the market for nothing or mortgaging the futur isn’t the same thing at all considering the position they where at the past 3 years. They aren’t in a win mode has you seek to think but in a rebuilt. A team who is in serious contention like Colorado would make much more sense. Giving primary young assets is less a concern when you are right there with the real contender.

At least Vlasic still has good possession metrics, and plays an honest, defensive game.</div></div>
He have been a + corsi for almost every season he played so he create more chance that he allowed. For sure he isn’t a defensive specialist but is stats aren’t horrible like you mentioned.

Drouin is a fine player who have start to mature. He was the best players before getting hurts earlier this year. He is a fairly good deal considering is production at the moment and he still have good potential.
Alone he is worth more then a late first round pick. Adding to the fact that you are trying to ship us that horrible contract you would need to add Meier to just entertain talk. Vlassic is unmovable unless a big overpayment by your side

Mitch Marner is a elite players that can make thibg that only a couple of dude around the league can make. He is still very young and will just get even better. Guentzel is a extremely valuable players but he doesn’t have the set skill that Marner have. He is more of a sniper then anything else.
