so basicaly its just Edmunson that we don't get along for the value

Drouin,Dadonov, Hoffman for 4/5 round if retain is around mid to late (but we could only retain on one if we retain on Monahan and Edmunson)
so we can accept 6/7 round with no retention or
i agree with you and have no problem to just wait till the end for Drouin and Dadonov (this summer) that's why i said 3 on 5
and Monhan half retain for a 1st round that's what we want i add a grade B prospect in the trade but the possibility to add on MTL side too to compensate but Monahan for a 1st straigt up i am ok with it

but i think with 2 years of retain salary on Edmunson if we add a mid round (or value of) we can get a 1st OR a good prospect

so i am not too far off overall

Edmundson with retention + '23 4th should = late 1st from EDM... would they do it? maybe...

It's only worth a '23 3rd to add a B prospect in Monahan deal if it's a D or G, so find them on those teams and propose trade to see feedback

Edmundson to LA at 50% might be interesting for them.

That’s my guess anyways, I don’t see Bemstrom or Foudy coming back, maybe with the Voracek injury we see Nyquist resigned to a 1 year 3.0-3.5 deal to keep the vet in the line up. Center comes down to can Johnson be the 1c we all want him to it does the draft lottery fall our way and we can get one of the 4 in Bedard, Fantilli, Dvorsky (totally didn’t spell that right) or Carlsson to be the 1c of the future. Currently sitting 2nd to last it looks pretty likely that we can get there.</div></div>

Would you trade Roslo this year with 50% ret to net a [late] 1st or 2nd + C prospect? Seems like he doesn't fit so well next year and the extra 2M could be put to better use anyway
