It's not that he's bad it's that if he doesn't have the puck he just doesn't look interested. He's top 5 in turnovers, he's a one trick pony and that's passing the puck

Caps are in desperate need of a top 6 winger as they only had 2 20-goal scorers and 0 guys above 76 points this year (Ovi was leader at 75p)...

I've been on the trade panarin wagon for almost 2 years. He Is great player but slightly overpaid, imo should make 9m max. He seems to have an issue with playing with players he doesn't want to play with, kind of an entitled player. The Rangers should've stayed on corse of the "rebuild" and never signed panarin, trouba, trocheck. The cap hits are going to kill us.
