Not yet, it's my book and I haven't published it yet. However, here is a list of some really solid books in the meantime:

The Hockey News just released a magazine called the Numbers Issue that has some great articles in it.

I'd say keep him for a bit longer. I think you shouldn't overreact to the start of the season in fantasy too much. If you look at the standings of this year, the players on really good teams have generally not been very good yet (see Marner, Mitch). Or got injured (see Kucherov, Nikita). Things change, but things should go back to normal a bit later in the season.

Why do you think Buffalo is reportedly demanding an outrageous price? Buffalo could also win the deal if the surgery doesn't work out and Eichel isn't the same player.
