DET owns the 2018 7th round pick (DET) since the condition was not met in a trade with CGY in July 2017.
DET was awarded a compensatory 7th round pick for winning the NCAA bracket challenge
*DET has the option to reclaim the pick if it is in the top-3. If DET elects to reclaim the pick, VAN receives the 2019 2nd round pick (DET) and 2020 1st (DET)

@matt59 You're probably wondering why I brought you here... I'm curious as to what you'd need from me for Larsson if Liljegren, Valimaki, and 2018 picks above the 3rd round are off limits.

As of now, either Michael McLeod or Kunin would be preferred targets. Both have higher draft pedigrees but have seemed to struggle this year.
I'm probably keeping him - I like him and I think his game could improve if the Leafs move on from JVR and Bozak. You can always make an offer though, just not sure I'd want to work too hard to try to move him.
Title bump - listening on Hayes due to some of my recent roster moves.
Based on the titles for other teams and some twitter convos that I can recall, I'm tagging who might be interested in Kevin Hayes to fill a need at center. @Daryl@flamesfan419@plNHL
Note: Hayes signed a 4-year extension with an AAV of $4.78m
In return I'd be looking to base the deal on a nice draft pick in '18 or '19 and a young player / prospect and we can balance things from there. Let me know on here or in the DMs if you wanna make an offer.

Boston will make an offer. 2019 1st Pitt, Adam McQuaid, Austin Czarnik for Kevin Hayes , Luke Schenn.

Thanks for being upfront with an offer. The guessing game is only fun for a little while haha. I'm gonna keep this in mind but probably won't be moving Hayes until closer to the game deadline. I'd prefer the 2018 1st and maybe someone instead of Czarnik; I'm ok with the Schenn-McQuaid swap if I can get closer to what I'm looking for.

I really want to keep it Pitts 2019 1st. I could change Ryan Fitzgerald for Czarnik, but that doesn’t help you for a season or two. He’s a solid prospect though.
Updated trade block... or is it? Check it out and let me know if you wanna make any deadline deals. Looking for '18 or '19 picks for those guys but will listen on certain offers involving prospects or young guys.
On this day in hockey history, legendary Flyers prospect Robert Frost was born in 1874.
"Two roads diverged in a wood, and I... I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference."
-Robert Frost, Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds, 1874-1963
Fair enough. Despite a little offensive uptick I still see Frederic as a lower-upside prospect than most of your other forwards. If you have someone similar to him to swap in, there might be something, but I'd like to stick with that "base" for the deal.

Frederic has high value and was a 1st rd pick. I can’t make an offer like that.
Troy Brouwer for Kronwall? Let the man die a Red Wing?
Sorry I must have missed this Marco. Let me think about it. I don't really want to occupy a LD slot but it could help clear money sooner or avoid a buyout. are you talking straight up?

Yup. I could use a RW and Im too stacked at LHD as is so it would be worth it for me. even with extra year.
