hey I just noticed this browsing through but you might want to check and make sure you're allowed to waive Bieksa since he has a NMC and those players can't be waived IRL without consent. NTC can be waived whenever but not NMC.

Bieksa was given special permission by the BOE to be a player who can be moved regardless of his contract status, it's somewhere in a different thread. that's the only reason i did it.
But maybe that just applied to him being traded?? Perhaps if anyone from the board sees this, could you please clarify for me just to be safe.
Thanks for pointing this out as I don't want to break any rules.

I found this in the News/Important Info thread. I may has mistook the term "waived" as meaning they could be put on waivers, instead of the clause just being removed in order to trade them.

yeah i thought it was only for trading purposes but maybe not. Just ask someone in the BOE to make sure when you get a chance.

Those players have had their NMCs waived. The means that they can both be traded and placed on waivers.

Please note that a player with a waived NMC means that the trade clause within the NMC is waived. All other clauses within the NMC are not voided.

Kevin Bieksa cannot be placed on waivers since he has a NMC. He can be traded per @TonyStrecher post, however.
