Seems like a lot to give up for Duchene, Ceci+White should pretty much do it.

Seiloff has no value, I put him there because of his history and likely bad locker room presence. Chaplik + a first is only a little more value than white. I think ceci + white is fair but I also think sakic would not do ceci+white. He said he wanted roster player, prospect and a pick. I think this is most realistic trade.
