Thread designed for current GMs to post "help wanted ads" or for prospective assistant GMs looking to get in on the action

I'm looking for an assistant, though i will not be using twitter, email, or anything like that for this game unless i need to. I will also possibly fire the assistant if i don't like having an assistant, but i'm looking to try having an assistant for a bit, and see what it's like.

I want an assistant but don't want to communicate with that assistant, then if I decide I don't want an assistant I will tell them to take a hike but that may or may not happen but then again it may happen so I guess I will see what happens when it happens.

it's like armchair-gm but the GM of the team you're trading with has to actually agree to the trade.

Is it just notifying the other GM? Example... I make a trade with your team and I simply address the post to you? Or a separate forum all together?
