These are the options for team claiming:
1.) Seniority Draft
GMs with the highest seniority based on when they joined v1 will be given first pick on what team they want for v2.
Pros: Increased possibility of GMs being active ; Knows ins and outs of how the GM Game works ; Realistic to IRL GM hirings (track record > no track record) ; Benefits for upper tranche
Cons: Less likely chance of GMs getting their preferred team
Example : #1 : Rangersandislesfan selects - Ottawa Senators
2.) Lottery
GMs 1-31 on the seniority list (post BOE elections) enter a lottery (weight TBH) to determine who picks where.
Pros: Gives teams a weighted chance at #1
Cons: Higher possibility of new GMs selecting over GMs who have been here since the beginning ; GMs may fluctuate from #20 to #31 ; Possible Benefits to lower trance
Example : #1 : We_Want_The_Cup selects : Montreal Canadians
3.) Preferred Team
Each GM lists their preferred teams 1-31. Any team that has sole possession of their top team gets to claim them. Any tiebreaker goes to seniority.
Pros: Higher possibility teams get their preferred team ; Possible benefit to all tranches
Cons: Not all GMS will get their preferred team
Example :
#7 : Calgary prefers - EDM ; WIN ; MIN
#9 : plNHL prefers - EDM ; WIN ; TOR
#25 : NateElder prefers - WIN ; CBJ ; DET
NateElder gets WIN over plNHL because he has sole possession of WIN, even though plNHL has WIN second and his preferred team is taken, he cannot get WIN. He now has the chance for TOR.
When voting, please vote in a 0-0-0 manner. Each of the aforementioned numbers corresponds to the "0s".

Turner : 1-0-0 (option 1)
Zach : 2-0-0 (option 1)
