Two games at once is still a possibility, but we need a version with less overhead, more tools to make things simpler, and more realistic quantities and qualities of trades.
In my opinion, that is what is needed to give the game more mass appeal and draw new players as well.
Pushing buttons is more entertaining than typing out trades, for example.
Having trades automatically propagate to a trade list is one way to reduce overhead.
A one click approval process. Call ups and send downs being placed into a live feed. Tools that make the game less of a chore and easier to follow.
Even with the 4 trade restriction of V2, there's a lot of turnover on rosters still. It's less about dealing with the specific team and more about creating as close to a dream/fantasy roster as possible, or selling off everything that isn't nailed down. RAIF, you're actually one of the few GM's that has adopted and stuck with a measured approach. I commend you for it, as I wasn't even able to do it myself. Too much pressure to make trades or be left behind and miss opportunities.
I'm not sure if we could come up with a new concept or not. One which is entertaining enough but still keeps rosters relatively intact.

Just to check: The BOG will be setting up stuff like trade deadlines, drafts, etc in v1, correct?

Raif, V1 is over. There isn't even enough people for one game let alone two.
To Rico's point, the GM game is losing some of its interest because its starting to feel like too much work and less fun. I guess it must be pretty realistic then lol!

alright, but if the BOG isn't gonna do anything about this game, why not just end it?
PS: If we do we should still keep the rosters.
because they don't care enough to even worry about it
Well it was said a while ago that v1 was not going to end even when v2 was on, and now almost nobody is playing it, and the people who still are, like me for example, are only going on here once in a while. I think a decision needs to be made. My opinion is that the BOG (from v1) should discuss whether we should get the forum locked or not, and all that stuff. That's just me though.

Is the BOG even active anymore? The lack in interest in the game speaks for itself, the game is over

So i guess the MODs should lock the forum if they want? And otherwise they'd just leave it?
I do think some sort of v1 awards might make sense though. Just an idea.

I dont anybody even wants to waste their time on this game, just leave it alone and let it rest in peace
I told Banks that I wouldn't be 'apart' of this game so to speak, and I'm not gonna be on here anyways that much, so I can just be like the "godfather" lol
