No cap. We don't have a way to track it efficiently. Hopefully in the future AGM teams will have a "reserve list", which is something Banks has hinted at, but that could be a long way away.

Why are we campaigning to get a guy back that broke multiple rules the BOG made, tried to sewer the game with ridiculous trades to troll people while on said BOG, got suspended from the site, and finally tried to circumvent the suspension by creating aliases further waisting the mods time and resources. I respect and appreciate the time and effort he put into the game but I would not support any re-instatement in the game.

No he wasn't a good BOG member for the exact reasons Thornton listed. He showed no integrity when it came to the game itself. You people were blinded by him and I'm not sure how. He always did crap and then apologized profusely just so that he could get away with anything he did.
