    1. Ekblad, Aaron
    Détails additionnels:
Say the Panthers miss the playoffs next season or are an early elimination. I say they are likely losing Montour (making the team way worse), or they’ll extend him and not leave enough money to re-sign Ekblad. If I’m Florida in this situation, I’d try to get a lot of value for Ekblad and possibly salvage some value as opposed to losing him for nothing.

Hawks decline. CHI isnt giving up futures when they can just sign a FA

I'd put my two cents in if I had any, Hart's value will be up in the air depending on how well he plays this season.

Hawks are rebuilding, they aren't giving up assets for a 33 year old...not going to happen

There are quite a few d-men of better or comparable ability slated to become FAs next summer, it would make no sense for the Hawks to trade draft capital to acquire a 33 year old d-man.

Also consider that the Hawks will have so much cap space available that they shouldn’t be outbid if they really want a player. Additionally, they have about a half dozen D prospects that will be battling for NHL opportunities over the next season or two.

What’s the scouting report on Barron? To be honest, I think the Panthers will trade Ekblad after this season regardless of what happens and resign Montour.

Really depends on the year Hart and Harris have, if Harris isn;t a top 4 dman in MTL he wont carry enough value for that trade, Hart had good stats last year behind a mess of a defense and probably will duplicate, but his numbers in front of a bad defense are good. So at this moment, that trade isnt enough for PHI

Same with offer for Ekblad, if Barron isnt a bit more established, I'm not sure hes enough.

And dumping of 10mil, even on LTIR, probably cost more than ylonen

I think whatever you get for dvorak half retained is swallowed by the dumping of armia.

All those moves though and I still see a very small forward lineup without any physicality of size beyond anderson

the only trade that has a remote change is the habs getting future considerations for armia and dvorak.

Harris needs to be more establish for that deal to work with Philly and Ekblad isnt getting dealt for that package if that COL 2nd was the habs 1st it might be closer but even then makes very little sense for them after just going all in last summer.
