Scott Laughton! Thank you! That’s who I was thinking of ahha. Yah I don’t understand why they decline too. He is an underrated player. VERY underrated! If the oilers can get the cap, I would trade for him! He’s the perfect top 9 forward that a lot of teams need in my opinion.

The cap is about to rise significantly 1 year from now. He'll get a lot more money then if he signs a 1-year bridge now.
