I'm not sure this trade, as it is structured, helps either team. Calgary is missing their only top line center in 20 years and their top pairing RD. They would have a surplus of wingers and would need to flip some for depth at center. Toronto would have more depth, and be better defensively, but loses two elite players.
I could see Marner or Nylander moving (probably the latter), but not both. Also, the minute Calgary trades Anderson or Lindholm, they should probably just rebuild because they don't have the prospect depth at either position to reasonably replace them in a timeframe that is logical.
