Description

Othmann will need to further develop at Hartford but will likely make an appearance on Broadway at some point during the season.

Aside from moving Goodrow's salary off the fourth line, there is no need to make a big splash in the trade market - there is a SOLID core here that just need to be molded into the right lineups rather that panicking and constantly mixing up the lines.

The Calgary trade is simply to add bodies on the right side in Hartford

Lesch is a guy they could have claimed off waivers for zilch.
So in a value sense maybe a 5th and 6th for these guys?? But in any case, Goodrow probably provides little value to a team a distance away from contending.

Why is ANA giving up pick 33 OA for a 4 year cap dump?

You even said in your description you need to get his salary off the Fourth line Players you need to get off your 4th line have negative value

It'll cost at least a 1st to dump that contract

He is 100% a cap dump to a rebuilding team that operates on an internal budget that needs to resign its top two players in Terry and Zegras
