The Rust one for sure doesn't go through. The rest of them I think are close to accurate value, but it will be difficult just because of the number of trades haha. What do you think of the Ottawa one I wasn't sure about that?

I would assume Carter blocks, and STL declines. Would be surprised if TOR accepted considering how cheap Murray's buyout is too - but who knows.

As far as the OTT trade goes - you know me haha - I'm more of a win now guy. So I'm not the biggest fan of the trade for the Pens. But from a value perspective I think it's probably a fair trade. And for what you're going for - makes sense. Might need an OTT fans perspective though on the value
