Bratt is the only legit high end piece in this deal. Holtz isn't a good enough skater to play top 6 in NHL. The rest are all guys who are complementary pieces.

Did you watch devils hockey last year? Or comet games last year? Especially the end of the year... The meier trade literally was a lot less than this

Gotta admit, never seen a Comets game. Are you comparing Meier to Bedard? Our opinions on the quality of the players in this deal differs. I see one, maybe 2 high end pieces. You say there's more. I don't agree. Hawks aren't trading that pick anyway.

Did you watch Pats games this year? Bedard is a generational prospect. Best prospect since McDavid.... Holtz doesn't even come close. That is like comparing Hischier to McDavid....

And Bedard has the potential to be a top 5 player in the NHL very soon.... Nobody is trading a generational prospect away for some depth players like Walsh, Stillman, and Clarke. Those pieces are absolutely worthless when compared to Bedard.

Sharangovich is not a defensive forward. Not sure where this misconception came from. Analytically, he is below average
Clarke is an ok prospect, but nothing spectacular at 22 years old, especially with no NHL experience
Holtz is not even a top goal scorer in the AHL. How do you know he is going to be a top goal scorer in the NHL?
Stillman is a very disappointing prospect who is putting up mediocre numbers in the OHL has a 20 year old. He may never see NHL icetime
Walsh is a 24 year old career AHL defender. At best he is a third pair or depth callup
