I appreciate that you are actually considering the other team's situation to put together an offer worth considering/discussing, but for me it's still a firm no unless Matthews suddenly decides he'll sign for like 10M, which presumably is out of the question. But easily the most tempting TML offer I've seen since they bowed out. Much respect. (double chest fist)

Just so you know, Kyrou is 6 foot, 195. He isn't small. He just doesn't typically initiate physical play. He certainly withstands enough of it.

Nah, he's 6 foot on the nose. But yes, he's much more a thief in the night than a battering ram when it comes to mixing it up physically. Every once in a while he'll get agitated and attempt drilling somebody (heh). Mostly, he just wants to pick your pocket and be gone before you know he was there. Which is fine, every team needs their plumbers and they also need a few artists to do creative stuff the others can't.
