Reasoning for trade/signing

Trade 1: Does depend on there being a RHD available at 12th, personally think it will be close. But if someone is, trade up and select them.

Trade 2: Dump Ben Chiarot to a team that is still going to be rebuilding. He'll keep them in the lottery and could be a trade piece later on if he plays well. Does have to remove NTC.

Trade 3: Love Fabbri, but is made of glass my guy. Moving on from him is the right move. Does have the passion that you look for and is a good player. Ducks could use some offense so they don't rely just on their goalie every night.

Trade 4: Zadina and Veleno leaving this offseason is a guarantee, Nashville need to offload RHD men. They also could use that bottom 6 help in the two forwards.

Signing 1: Raanta is likely gone in free agency, scooping up a decent vet on a good deal like him is smart. Cossa is still 2-3 years away from NHL ready, think likely closer to 2 right now.

Signing 2: Has been mutual interest between Klingberg and Detroit. Detroit needs a RHD vet to let who they select at the draft develop. 3 years at most it would likely take, 3-5 years at around 5mil.

Signing 3: Carrier acquired by trade, cheap deal maybe considering missed half of last season? Plays on 3rd pair and depth guy.

Signing 4: Suter is your vet bottom 6 centre, give him around 3mil. Key PK guy.

Signing 5: Hagg will be your 7th D, don't over spend.

Signing 6: Bring Ganger back, that's your 4th line winger.

Signing 7: Is it possible to convince him to come to Detroit to be a 4th line winger? Likely not but maybe it is, 1.5mil for 2 years is a fairish deal

Signing 8: Just an extra forward, cheap and not bad player
