The team is screaming for scoring....and ASP can score.
Rob Schremp didn't have his breakout year in juniors until he was 20. In his draft year he was just kinda average. So it makes sense he wasn't that good in the NHL. It makes zero sense to compare the two players. One dominates in his draft year, the other didnt, one is a dman, the other was a forward.
Take ASP at 9. He's the high octane RHD we need. A top 4 with Edvinsson and Seider + Wallinder and Sandin Pellikka would be money.
Take a forward at 17. There will still be many good ones available, Yager, Perreault, Wood, etc but ASP will not be there.
