Florida without a single hesitation. There is a world where someone redrafting franchises would take MT as the #3 player taken after MCD and Leon. That list for #3 might be pretty big, but MT is def in that mix.

No recency bias, over the last 3 years Tkachuk has been one of the best forwards in the NHL - he’s a borderline generational talent in his prime and on a bargain contract.
