Atlantic is way more up in the air than the Metro. Atlantic you could really go so many different ways. For us, it’s simple. Upgrade the roster and buff the defense, rangers drop off a bit and lose some guys for a year with the cap until it goes up and we take third. Meanwhile Washington barely misses in a battle to the end with Columbus. Rest of its pretty much in place.

Also worth noting Isles don’t change much and don’t have enough to move them over the edge and have very little cap space to improve.

I think POJ is good. But what we’ve seen is probably the most to expect going forward. The issue is there’s just not really much of a high ceiling on him.

I'm curious as to why you think there is no room for improvement though? A first round pick and a decently touted prospect that just played his first season at 23 and you think this is it for him? If this was like his 4th year or something I'd understand - but I think it's pretty rare for a player not to improve after their rookie season. If anything we've seen more of what Ty Smith is about than POJ. And POJ pretty much had just as good of a season this year as Graves and yet is making like 3.8mil less. And Devils put up some crazy numbers as a team. Not trying to knock Graves I'm just using that to show how good of a season POJ actually had
