And sandin didn't lose trust either, he just wasn't outplaying the other three regular LD the leafs have.

I'd say he definitely "has a price"....he's not an untouchable asset.

If there was a scenario where Hellebuyck was involved and Murray is moved in the same deal or somewhere else....and the Leaf goalies fall short this playoff run....I could definitely see the leafs interested in finding a deal of some sorts involving both guys.

Yeah thats why I included all the jets players on the other side because I felt It may be based on situation and the player toronto would want. Helle definitely has him but say wheeler or nino would need a lot more or not be of interest in a deal with them. Again not making a mock deal as I have no idea what direction the team is going so it's premature in both trading for a player like Lili and also to trade some of the jets assets as well

Better offer multiple firsts and a good prospect if you want Liljegren. He is shaping out to be a #1

Right now his value is more than what he's actually worth. Both Holl and Schenn are out of contract in the summer and no one in the Leafs system at the position is confidently "NHL ready".

Yeah thats a no go rather wait until he's ufa or pursue other avenues. He simply isn't worth that and would be a vast overpay. I understand that it's part what he is and part what he could be but that doesn't result in a top 20 pick another pick and more maybe a late first and another rhd replacement but yeah thats very much too much. Yeah but it would definitely be a leafs thing to resign either holl or schenn and run lili holl/schenn and timmins as the 3 rights so thus his value is high but will go down in the offseason not to mention his raise is timed to matthews and Nylander and all will get significant raises without a lot of cap being opened up to do it. Gonna be tight

Liljegren clears those three guys so they'd be very hesitant to trade him.

Contract and cap shouldn't be an issue. He's an RFA and it's a discussion for the offseason after this one. Plus Brodie and Muzzin come off the books so money will open up for him.
